Senior Manager Corporate Development

Job Summary

Leading M&A execution end-to-end, the full-time Senior Manager Corporate Development will develop business cases for acquisitions and strategic initiatives, contribute to investor-facing materials, and collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business cases and financial analyses for potential acquisitions and strategic investments
• Lead end-to-end M&A execution to expand product capabilities and market reach
• Construct financial models and valuation analyses to provide data-driven recommendations on targets and strategic investments

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of investment banking and/or corporate development experience
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Experience modeling capital allocation scenarios, including debt financing
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Executive Communication skills to translate complex deal structures into clear narratives
