Senior Manager, Corporate Development

Job Summary

To support strategic transactions, the full-time Senior Manager, Corporate Development will manage the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and integration, while collaborating closely with senior leadership and utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize the pipeline, building target landscapes and managing relationships with bankers and investors
• Build operating models and conduct valuation analyses, providing clear recommendations to senior leadership
• Run cross-functional due diligence and draft transaction materials, coordinating with various teams throughout the deal process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or growth equity
• Proven ownership of financial models and valuation across completed transactions, with expertise in the M&A process
• Experience producing board-ready written communication independently
• Fluency with modern AI tools for diligence and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
