Senior Manager Corporate Development

Job Summary

As a Senior Manager Corporate Development, this full-time remote position will manage the identification, evaluation, and advancement of growth opportunities through strategic analysis and M&A transactions across Zillow Group's business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Research and recommend acquisition opportunities while providing financial and strategic analysis of targets
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support all phases of M&A transactions
• Develop detailed financial models and strategic frameworks to drive business decisions and evaluate new strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development at a technology company
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with a foundation in corporate finance principles
• Experience performing M&A transactions through the full process
• Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead multiple priorities simultaneously
