Job Summary

Leading end-to-end M&A processes, the full-time Senior Manager, Corporate Development will manage financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution while collaborating with internal teams and external advisors in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling efforts in collaboration with business and finance teams
• Support end-to-end M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and legal documentation
• Develop and maintain a potential acquisition target list aligned with strategic growth priorities

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as business or finance
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate development
• Experience with M&A due diligence and deal execution
• Strong financial and valuation modeling skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking with solid project management capabilities
