Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team handling IT infrastructure operations across multiple regions
• Oversee the 24x7x365 infrastructure, ensuring effective management of both on-premise and cloud-based systems
• Define and implement ITIL-based processes to enhance operational excellence and customer service

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with 2 years in a management role
• Proven experience in process-oriented operations based on ITIL
• Strong technical experience in cloud management, Microsoft technologies, and networking
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree plus specialized training
