Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team handling IT infrastructure operations across multiple countries
• Oversee 24x7 infrastructure management, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry regulations
• Implement ITIL-based processes for incident management, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with 2 years in a management role
• Proven experience in process-oriented operations based on ITIL
• Strong technical knowledge across IT infrastructure, including cloud environments and Microsoft technologies
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree plus specialized training
• Experience with vendor management and service level agreements
