Senior Manager, Cost Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Cost, Project & Development Services (Data Center).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the cost management program for large scale capital projects
• Provide detailed analysis on cost risks and issues to project stakeholders
• Review and approve invoices from subcontractors and assist in contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 8 or more years of experience in cost management on capital projects
• Experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• Expertise in Excel and experience within the construction industry
• Experience with Data Centers or Advanced Manufacturing projects is required
