Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Brand and Creative Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main intake partner for internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity on objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee Tier 1 initiatives, keeping projects on-brief and driving efficiency without compromising creative quality
- Manage the creative intake process, ensuring requests are documented, prioritized, and resourced appropriately
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience managing creative teams or project management in a creative field
- Proven experience managing teams of 2 or more individuals
- Skilled in sourcing and collaborating with external creative and production partners
- Expert proficiency using Asana or other work management tools
- Passion for brand creativity and operational excellence
