Job Summary

Leading the creative experimentation roadmap, the full-time Senior Manager, Creative Strategy will drive performance across digital acquisition channels, manage creative testing execution, and analyze results to enhance campaign effectiveness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the creative testing roadmap to enhance scale and efficiency across digital and offline channels
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design, implement, and optimize creative experiments, translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of creative performance, providing data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in user acquisition or data-driven marketing at a high-growth startup or media agency
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to balance multiple creative projects and experiments
  • Expertise in mobile app user acquisition; web acquisition experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with creative testing platforms and optimization across paid social channels
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on key growth KPIs and translating data into actionable strategies
