Job Summary
Leading the creative experimentation roadmap, the full-time Senior Manager, Creative Strategy will drive performance across digital acquisition channels, manage creative testing execution, and analyze results to enhance campaign effectiveness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the creative testing roadmap to enhance scale and efficiency across digital and offline channels
- Collaborate with the creative team to design, implement, and optimize creative experiments, translating insights into actionable strategies
- Conduct in-depth analyses of creative performance, providing data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in user acquisition or data-driven marketing at a high-growth startup or media agency
- Proven project management skills with the ability to balance multiple creative projects and experiments
- Expertise in mobile app user acquisition; web acquisition experience is a plus
- Familiarity with creative testing platforms and optimization across paid social channels
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on key growth KPIs and translating data into actionable strategies
