Job Summary
Driving innovative marketing strategies, the full-time Senior Manager Creative Strategy will develop and implement comprehensive creative campaigns for the B2B sector, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand positioning and customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Sets strategic direction for creative campaigns, aligning them with overall business goals
- Develops brand positioning, campaign briefs, and consumer journeys to guide creative execution
- Executes integrated digital and content strategies across multiple platforms and customer touchpoints
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in creative agency or client-side creative strategy roles
- Proven mastery in developing creative briefs and strategic frameworks
- B2B marketing experience preferred
- Experience managing complex 360 & digital campaigns with creative teams
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of KPI measurement and attribution
