Job Summary
Driving the strategic direction for creative campaigns, the full-time Senior Manager Creative Strategy will develop integrated creative briefs and channel strategies for the B2B business, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand positioning and customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Sets the strategic direction for creative campaigns and aligns them with overall business strategy
- Develops brand positioning, campaign briefs, and consumer journeys to guide creative execution
- Executes innovative digital and content strategies across multiple platforms and customer touchpoints
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy or brand planning roles
- Mastery in developing creative briefs and strategic frameworks
- B2B marketing experience preferred
- Experience managing complex 360 & digital campaigns with creative teams
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPI measurement and attribution
