Job Summary
Driving the creator marketing strategy for TikTok and Meta, the full-time Senior Manager, Creator Marketing will manage creator relationships, oversee program operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and growth in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the creator program strategy, including tier structure, recruitment, and content guidelines
- Manage relationships with creators, providing feedback on content and coordinating promotional efforts
- Build and maintain operational systems for the creator program, ensuring compliance and effective tracking
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in creator program management or related fields
- Deep understanding of creator dynamics and relationships on TikTok and Meta
- Proven track record of managing creator partnerships and driving program growth
- Expertise in TikTok Shop and familiarity with its operational mechanics
- Strong organizational skills and operational discipline in managing workflows and documentation
