Senior Manager, Credentialing & Licensing

Job Summary

To lead the credentialing and licensing operations, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Credentialing & Licensing will build strategy and capabilities, oversee team activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Owns the end-to-end credentialing and multi-state licensing process, including policy implementation and maintenance
• Oversees provider onboarding and offboarding, driving credentialing applications to completion
• Manages the delegated credentialing program and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of applicable credentialing experience
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in managing and developing teams
• Proven ability to design, manage, and scale complex credentialing and licensing processes
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry and provider platforms (e.g., CAQH, PECOS)
• High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
