Senior Manager, CRM Administration

Job Summary

Leading a team of CRM data managers, the full-time Senior Manager, CRM Administration will oversee the fundraising CRM Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, manage product roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of support for the Revenue Development and Growth team, with the position being based in Washington, D.C. or fully remote for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CRM vertical of the Fundraising Data Management team, ensuring high standards of customer service and timely completion of request tickets
• Serve as the technical product owner for Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, overseeing data functionality and systems security, and providing training for new users
• Lead complex query and reporting work, create dashboards, and support integration with non-digital platforms, while seeking automation improvements

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, with Raiser's Edge NXT Professional Certification preferred
• Development Operations or related technical experience with demonstrated team management responsibilities
• Experience with Omatic Cloud integration and familiarity with Chariot gift processing platform is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships and challenges effectively
