Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Manager, CRM Marketing, responsible for managing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs that enhance member engagement and retention through personalized communications.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage high-volume automated CRM campaigns in Customer.io or similar platforms to drive member awareness, enrollment, and engagement
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to optimize data flow and ensure reliable, personalized member communications
- Lead testing and reporting efforts to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement using analytics tools
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing with a focus on marketing automation
- Deep familiarity with Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, or similar CRM platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML and data integrations via APIs or data pipelines
- Experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing programs with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
