Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, CRM & Loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of email and SMS marketing programs to drive customer retention
- Develop customer journeys and segmentation strategies for personalized communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with brand goals and customer insights
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of CRM or Lifecycle Marketing experience in DTC, preferably in beauty or consumer goods
- Proven success in driving retention and revenue through email/SMS programs
- Familiarity with ESPs (Klaviyo) and SMS platforms (Postscript)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience
- Creative thinker with experience in retention marketing campaigns
