Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of enterprise CRM platforms, including Salesforce
Define and execute CRM platform roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategies
Develop and mentor a team of CRM professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Master's degree is a plus
8+ years of experience in enterprise systems or CRM platforms
5+ years of experience in people leadership, including managing managers
Deep expertise in Salesforce and modern GTM tech ecosystems
Proven ability to lead large, complex systems initiatives across multiple business functions
