- Build and implement a detailed 6-12 month testing agenda for technical solutions
- Collaborate with CRM leads and MarTech to define requirements for evolving marketer workflows
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in CRM, personalization, data science, or related digital transformation roles
- Proven track record of translating strategic visions into actionable roadmaps
- Experience in identifying platform and tooling gaps through hands-on analyses
- Ability to build partnerships across Marketing, Product, Technology, and Analytics
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and driving customer-centric experimentation
