Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & User Experience (UX).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the E-commerce UX and CRO strategy to enhance customer experience and increase lifetime value
- Improve performance across digital touchpoints by identifying conversion opportunities and removing friction
- Analyze customer data and feedback to enhance the customer journey and lead A/B and MVT testing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's preferred
- 3+ years of experience in UX and CRO, ideally within B2B E-Commerce
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and UX principles
- Hands-on experience with CRO tools, platforms, and testing methodologies
- Solid knowledge of customer segmentation and data analysis
