Senior Manager - CSA Permitting

Job Summary

Senior Manager, CSA Permitting leads the design, coordination, and delivery of civil, structural, and architectural scope along with permitting strategy for data center projects in a full-time salaried role.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain CSA design standards and oversee design development from concept through construction
• Lead permitting strategy and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
• Manage relationships with authorities and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in CSA design and permitting for data centers or large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural design principles and construction methods
• Proven experience leading permitting efforts and managing regulatory approvals
• Ability to review design documents and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
