Senior Manager, Customer Data Products

Job Summary

Leading the strategy for customer data products, the full-time Senior Manager, Customer Data Products will define and manage the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and driving integration across digital ecosystems in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Customer Data Product strategy, focusing on CDP and MDM capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data products with business objectives and drive stakeholder engagement
• Enable AI-driven insights and personalized experiences through effective use of customer data across various platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in digital, data, and/or digital product leadership roles
• 5+ years leading enterprise data initiatives, including CDP/MDM programs
