Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive increased customer satisfaction and manage a team of Customer Enablement Account Managers
  • Utilize the team to manage revenue growth for key Global Strategic Customers in North America
  • Establish processes and programs to enhance customer scorecards and provide accurate forecasts for assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with direct management experience
  • Strong background with North American Semiconductor fabs
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platform
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a matrix environment
  • Strong background in data analysis, including Excel and database tools
