Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Experience - Partner Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Partner Care team and oversee end-to-end support experiences for Partners
  • Scale and develop a high-performing Partner experience team while utilizing key performance indicators to drive service program execution
  • Build collaborative relationships across the organization to enhance customer service and advocate for Partners and their customers
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Customer Service management, with 4+ years in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in operational leadership roles and managing complex operations with third-party vendors (BPO)
  • Strong strategic planning skills and experience in executing long-term projects
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and CRM systems is preferred
