Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Experience and Payment Integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee planning and management activities for Customer Experience and Payment Integration
  • Lead the successful planning, implementation, and adoption of Product and Claims systems
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Division Management Teams and manage internal resources to meet business needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; minimum of 1 additional year of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, and managing performance of direct reports
  • Demonstrated ability to provide services and support for complex systems or issues
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing applications; ability to work with various system applications
