Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Experience and Payment Integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and management activities for Customer Experience and Payment Integration
- Lead the successful planning, implementation, and adoption of Product and Claims systems
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Division Management Teams and manage internal resources to meet business needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; minimum of 1 additional year of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, and managing performance of direct reports
- Demonstrated ability to provide services and support for complex systems or issues
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing applications; ability to work with various system applications
