Job Summary
Driving customer experience transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager Customer Experience will focus on advancing exceptional experiences across the customer journey through strategic initiatives, engaging communications, and culture activation activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work on critical strategic initiatives that enhance the customer experience
- Translate customer experience data into actionable insights and communications
- Develop and manage an employee engagement program to share customer experience insights effectively
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in customer experience, strategy consulting, or communications strategy roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to maintain strategic focus
- Experience in building trusting relationships, including with executive audiences
- Mastery of communications strategies for diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
