Job Summary

Driving customer experience transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager Customer Experience will focus on advancing exceptional experiences across the customer journey through strategic initiatives, engaging communications, and culture activation activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Work on critical strategic initiatives that enhance the customer experience
  • Translate customer experience data into actionable insights and communications
  • Develop and manage an employee engagement program to share customer experience insights effectively
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in customer experience, strategy consulting, or communications strategy roles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to maintain strategic focus
  • Experience in building trusting relationships, including with executive audiences
  • Mastery of communications strategies for diverse audiences
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
