Job Summary
Senior Manager, Customer Insights is a full-time, remote position responsible for delivering high-impact insights that support customer success and commercial growth through analytical rigor and compelling communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a customer insights strategy using AI-driven tools to enhance insight generation
- Translate product and health economic data into ROI narratives for client deliverables and commercial conversations
- Conduct complex analyses to provide actionable insights on member behavior and solution performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer insights, commercial analytics, or a related role
- Experience using AI-driven tools to improve analytical workflows
- Proficiency in managing end-to-end analyses using SQL and Python
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
