Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Customer Operations or related functions in a SaaS environment
  • Deep expertise in customer success analytics and dashboard creation
  • Hands-on experience with Gainsight and Salesforce; Gong and Tableau experience preferred
  • Proven ability to design scalable processes and lead operational change
  • Prior people management experience is required
