Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in Customer Operations or related functions in a SaaS environment
- Deep expertise in customer success analytics and dashboard creation
- Hands-on experience with Gainsight and Salesforce; Gong and Tableau experience preferred
- Proven ability to design scalable processes and lead operational change
- Prior people management experience is required
