Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Customer Repair.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performance team, setting goals and holding team members accountable
- Oversee complex trouble tickets and ensure timely updates and resolutions
- Serve as a third-level escalation point and support domestic and international transport for Enterprise Repair
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of relevant job experience
- Experience in a similar industry with relevant essential duties
- Management experience
- Knowledge of Electrical and Optical transport
- Experience with SD-WAN is preferred
