- 7+ years of relevant experience in SaaS or technology sectors
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles managing large accounts
- 1+ years of experience in managing a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Experience with Gainsight or similar Customer Success platforms
