Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Upmarket Customer Success - NAMER.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers focused on customer value and results
  • Influence the design of customer success methodology and define strategies to achieve KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and ensure effective customer engagement


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience managing Mid-Market and Enterprise customers with complex product requirements
  • Proven track record of establishing executive-level relationships and navigating escalations
  • Ability to define onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for team development
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for cybersecurity and emerging technologies
