Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Upmarket Customer Success - NAMER.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers focused on customer value and results
- Influence the design of customer success methodology and define strategies to achieve KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and ensure effective customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience managing Mid-Market and Enterprise customers with complex product requirements
- Proven track record of establishing executive-level relationships and navigating escalations
- Ability to define onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for team development
- Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for cybersecurity and emerging technologies
