Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in digital advertising, ad sales, or a related field
- 2+ years of team management experience with a proven track record of performance improvement
- Startup experience preferred, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness
- Technical proficiency to independently create solutions and understand product capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid role that combines customer success with commercial impact
