Job Summary
Senior Manager, Customer Success is a full-time remote position responsible for developing and maintaining customer tools and programs to enhance the customer experience and support growth and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design customer collateral and manage communication and marketing deliverables
- Lead change management strategies for customer-facing tools and initiatives
- Develop digital processes to ensure success for Sales and Account Management teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare work experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management, product management, or consulting
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience with digital tools such as Marketo, Wrike, and Highspot
- Salesforce operations experience with workflow design knowledge
