Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of enterprise health system clients, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Customer Success will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring successful implementation and long-term value of AI-powered clinical documentation solutions while collaborating with executive and operational leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure long-term success and satisfaction with the SmarterNotes platform
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align product performance with client goals
- Drive product adoption and monitor client health, delivering reports that demonstrate utilization trends and financial impact
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, client success, or healthcare technology
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Health Informatics, or related fields
- Demonstrated success managing executive relationships within complex health systems
- Experience leading implementation and optimization of healthcare technology solutions
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows
