Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success Strategy & Ops in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for Customer Success and Solutions Consulting orgs
  • Partner with GTM leadership to drive operational excellence initiatives
  • Develop and implement sales reporting and metrics to track delivery against GTM strategy

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations roles
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes in a scaled sales organization
  • Experience with Salesforce and other GTM systems
  • Proven ability to use data to drive insights and business decisions
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
