Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success Tech Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Tech Engagement Managers in creating and executing campaigns to increase product adoption, communicate with customers, and drive education efforts
  • Develop playbooks for meaningful customer engagements and execute multiple ongoing campaigns
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, leverage technology to enhance customer experiences, and assist in migration efforts

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing teams and driving customer engagement initiatives
  • Proven experience in building campaigns to increase product adoption, communication with customers, and education efforts
  • Proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights from data
  • Experience with technology-driven customer engagement strategies and platforms
  • BA/BS Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
