Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Trust & Field Security Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scale and enhance customer trust programs, providing self-service access to security information
  • Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with customer security teams and supporting sales discussions
  • Represent the company in industry conversations, shaping best practices and aligning security messaging with business outcomes


Required Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in a cybersecurity or information security role
  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing advisory role for senior security and IT leaders
  • At least 4 years of experience with cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks
  • At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity concepts such as access control and incident response
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred
