Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Trust to lead and scale its Customer Trust function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Trust professionals, establishing goals and career paths
  • Own the Customer Trust program strategy, roadmap, and KPIs, reporting on effectiveness to leadership
  • Manage customer security inquiries, drive security questionnaires and RFP responses, and oversee the Trust Center


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in customer trust, security assurance, GRC, or related fields
  • 3+ years of people management experience in customer-facing security or compliance teams
  • Experience with customer security questionnaires, RFPs, and Trust Center operations in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and certifications such as SOC 2 and GDPR
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating security contract terms and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
