Job Summary
Leading the engineering execution and operational maturity of Customer Experience technology platforms, the full-time Senior Manager, CX Technology Engineering will manage global initiatives across Salesforce and SAP Commerce Cloud while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee engineering governance and technical delivery execution for enterprise Customer Experience platforms
- Establish engineering standards and drive execution across large-scale initiatives and enterprise transformation programs
- Lead and mentor globally distributed engineering teams, fostering a high-performing engineering culture
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application engineering or solution delivery
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams in complex organizations
- Strong experience with Salesforce ecosystems and enterprise integration architectures
- Proven track record in supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
