Job Summary

Leading the engineering execution and governance of Customer Experience technology platforms, the remote Senior Manager, CX Technology Engineering will manage scalable and secure solutions across Salesforce and SAP Commerce Cloud while developing high-performing engineering teams and improving operational maturity.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee engineering delivery for Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud, and related CX tools, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards
  • Establish engineering governance and release management practices to enhance platform scalability and operational sustainability
  • Lead and mentor globally distributed engineering teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application engineering or platform engineering
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams in complex organizations
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystems and enterprise integration architectures
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
