Senior Manager, Cybersecurity

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team of security engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Cybersecurity will oversee the deployment and operation of security platform engineering tools for U.S. Federal Government contracts, ensuring compliance with security standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage security tooling operations, including vulnerability scanners and SIEM/SOAR platforms, ensuring high availability and lifecycle management
• Recruit and mentor top talent to enhance team capacity and foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and innovation
• Collaborate with Governance Risk & Compliance, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver secure platform solutions aligned with NIST and internal audit requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant security engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams in agile environments
• Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR, and vulnerability management
• Solid understanding of NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and RMF
• BS in Computer Science or a related field
