Senior Manager, Cybersecurity

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT) in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Manager, Cybersecurity will manage global operations, oversee incident response processes, and advance AI-enabled crisis management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global CIRT operations, ensuring effective escalation, containment, recovery, and closure during cyber incidents
• Oversee managed detection and response providers, focusing on governance, performance, and operational readiness
• Coordinate cyber crisis management activities, including executive briefings and post-incident reviews, to enhance organizational preparedness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or crisis management
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams or global operations
• Experience leading significant cybersecurity incidents with various stakeholders
• Proven experience managing a Security Operations Center or comparable operational capability
