Senior Manager Cybersecurity Metrics
Job Summary
Leading the enterprise strategy and execution of cybersecurity performance measurement, the full-time Senior Manager Cybersecurity Metrics will work remotely to define and implement metrics and reporting strategies while collaborating with senior leaders across various functions to enhance cyber risk visibility and program effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Define and continuously evolve the enterprise cybersecurity metrics, reporting, and analytics strategy
- Serve as the enterprise leader for cybersecurity measurement, translating data-driven analysis into strategic insights for senior leadership
- Lead the development and delivery of executive and regulatory reporting on cybersecurity risk and program effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in information technology or cybersecurity
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity metrics, business intelligence, or performance reporting
- Experience in developing and governing enterprise cybersecurity metrics and performance measurement frameworks
- Leadership experience managing teams or enterprise initiatives
