Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Crown Jewels Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, governance, and optimization of Crown Jewel Office processes with a focus on automation
• Establish collaborative relationships with ISRM, business, and IT System Owners to protect Crown Jewel data
• Lead assurance activities to test controls protecting Crown Jewel data and provide regular reporting to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years experience; Master's Degree with 7 years experience; or PhD with 3 years experience in Information Technology and/or Information Security
• Experience managing service provider outcomes, including SLA and contractual obligations
• 5+ years of experience utilizing the ITIL Framework, including Incident Management and Change Management
• Proven experience in risk mitigation strategies
• CISSP preferred
