Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Data Analytics to provide leadership within a population health team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage processes and staff to achieve operational excellence and own end-to-end processes
• Develop and implement population health analytics programs, including the use of NLP concepts
• Conduct statistical analyses and produce dashboards to monitor quality and performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in team and program management
• 7+ years of experience in health care analytics
• 3+ years of experience analyzing NLP extracts or working with an NLP development team
• Advanced knowledge of clinical terminologies and healthcare coding systems
• Proficient in cloud platforms, databases, programming languages, and data visualization tools
