Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Analytics and Enterprise AI strategy and roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to define success metrics and analytics roadmaps
• Lead and expand a team of Data Product Managers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
• Oversee the design and delivery of advanced analytics and data products, ensuring analytical rigor and promoting a "data as a product" mindset

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years managing data product manager teams
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Experience with data catalog tools and metadata management
• Experience with data quality tools and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and generative AI frameworks
