Senior Manager, Data Analytics
Job Summary
Owning the platform substrate for merchant and advertiser data marts, the full-time Senior Manager, Data Analytics will build and operate new systems for Retail Media and marketing measurement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive data mart catalog and query-pattern analysis to ensure a single source of truth for production marts
- Lead the Hive Iceberg migration and establish a standardized revenue-attached mart with necessary compliance features
- Implement and enforce a marts-first access policy across high-traffic raw schemas to enhance data governance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in building shared data platforms or lakehouse infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Hive Iceberg migration on revenue-attached systems
- Proven track record of setting and having standards adopted by multiple product teams
- Experience with data-access governance under regulated frameworks like GDPR/CCPA
- At least one prior role in a regulated data environment such as financial services or healthcare
