Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead their Data Platform team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of engineers while driving architecture decisions
• Design and deliver production-grade infrastructure for data transformation and real-time streaming
• Collaborate with Business Analytics and Engineering teams to ensure data reliability and support business operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Data/Software Engineering, focusing on data pipelines and distributed systems
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams across platform and data disciplines
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL with a proven track record in building reliable ETL/ELT jobs
• Proficiency in tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and Terraform
• Experience with high-scale production data systems and strong testing & observability practices
