Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing data engineering team while establishing hiring standards and fostering a culture of excellence
• Define and execute the technical strategy for the data platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overseeing the development of scalable infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions that support product development, customer success, and business intelligence

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of data engineering experience with 4+ years in technical leadership roles managing teams of 5+ engineers
• Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake, Apache Airflow, and DBT
• Extensive AWS experience including data services and infrastructure management
• Strong background in data pipeline development and ETL/ELT processes
• Understanding of SaaS business models and data privacy regulations
