Job Summary
Leading a small global team, the remote Senior Manager, Data Engineering will oversee the architecture and evolution of the analytical data platform while personally contributing to data pipelines, analytics, and customer-facing deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global team focused on data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence
- Design and build scalable data pipelines and ensure data quality practices are established and maintained
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of data engineering experience with a focus on data platforms and pipelines

- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in data architecture and performance optimization
- Experience with tools such as dbt, Apache Airflow, and AWS services like Glue and Redshift
