Key Responsibilities

• Translate Workplace data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Lead complex analyses and oversee a small team of contractors to ensure analytical rigor and accuracy
• Build strong partnerships across the organization to identify high-value opportunities and drive measurable impact

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience in Workplace, Corporate Real Estate, or Analytics
• Experience in management consulting or a problem-driven environment focused on workplace optimization
• Demonstrated ability to lead analytic projects and deliver actionable recommendations
• Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with modern data platforms
• MS or MBA in Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields preferred
